Adia Matousek

With an adapted script, Bay Street Theatre took a new take on the classic production in the summer of 2019. In an intimate performance space, the audience got to experience performers playing instruments, dancing, and singing a brand new score.

As the Props Intern for this season, I assisted the props master in building everything from custom crates to altering actual bird pelts. I gained a significant amount of shop experience as well as learning some of the ins and outs of shopping for props in New York City.
